they say that, but they never clawed back after i left
My current bank matches 3 to 1 for the 1st percent then 1 to 1 for the next 3%. My previous bank matched after 1 year of service

I used to work at evercore (left a few months ago with my analyst to a different shop). They tell you like the day after you sign/get the offer. Also if you got an offer, I’m baffled you didn’t ask this during interviews.
Assuming you were in ISI (from your username), I signed a return offer with Advisory a month ago and there was no info shared on it :(.
401k match is capped at $3,000
$35 dinner expense, $20 lunch if you're in the office during weekends
Think they give you like $700 to your HSA if you do HDHP and do a physical checkup when you first join
Think it's pretty standard in terms of healthcare benefits generally speaking. Can opt in separately for vision, dental, etc.

When I was there, firm wide policy was 4 days a week — but its entirely group dependent. The HC group had very flexible WFH but other groups like Tech did not.

former Evercore employee here - i worked in the NYC Office - i found the discount rates at Flash Dancers and Scores to be one of the best benefits - not sure how these perks line up in other offices
