If you signed an offer the first thing they send you is a benefits overview pdf.

Jesus you are a dick. It’s baffling how autistic people can be and don’t stop for a second to think “should I really be a dick and comment something dickish”

To be fair I don’t think even autistic people would do that

I used to work at evercore (left a few months ago with my analyst to a different shop). They tell you like the day after you sign/get the offer. Also if you got an offer, I’m baffled you didn’t ask this during interviews.

Assuming you were in ISI (from your username), I signed a return offer with Advisory a month ago and there was no info shared on it :(.

Major “benefits” I took advantage of (I later realized free food/ubers at any company are just incentives for you to work more)

401k matching

Health/visioncare; Horrible dental care

$35 in-office dinner stipend; $[20] on weekends

Free Ubers (incl Uber Blacks) if staying late

Discounted equinox membership

$200 stipend in peripherals (not sure if discontinued)

Can expense wifi on planes (even during personal vacations)

In office covid testing / flu shots / wellness exams
Free TSA pre-check (they had an event)

Make sure to do your annual wellness exam thing before the deadline to get $[250] discount on your insurance

Good luck
