Interested in hearing some thoughts on exits, culture, and pay at Jefferies, BAML, and UBS NYC. Interested in exiting in either NYC or SF, not necessarily PE but its something I am considering. Particularly interested in how the Healthcare and M&A groups at all of these firms (and LevFin for Jefferies) place into PE and VC both in NYC and SF. Appreciate any thoughts.
