I was reached out to by a headhunter for a special assets officer role at a community bank. Currently, I’m a VP in RX Consulting and getting burnt out. Credits I’d be working with are significantly smaller than what I’ve done in RX. My base would take a small hit, and, obviously, my bonus would take a major hit.
Curious if anyone has experience in this field and if the comp cut is worth the WLB boost? TIA.
