Exiting to FP&A / Completing 2 Years as Analyst?

Hey everyone — hope you aren’t getting crushed post New Years.

I recently received an offer to join a SaaS company as an FP&A analyst — was wondering if anyone had any regrets making the switch or not to the start up tech world? Also would appreciate any insight for any analysts who exited before their 2nd year / only hesitant from me is forgoing the 2nd year bonus (know some kids in my class who have PE offers will have to leave before they get it so seems like not as big of deal). The offer is matching my base with some minor bonus% and RSUs which is rather attractive, with major WLB improvements.
