Anybody have advice for a cover letter for a lateral IB hire? I know the letter should include the basics (who you are, where you work, industry group, interest in target firm / industry group, etc). Should it include the typical "ability to work in groups", hardworking and detailed oriented jargon? I would imagine that having experience in investment banking would infer those traits and hiring managers would be more focuses on applicable deal experience and fit
