FA training programs at large firms
I’m making the jump from office based outside sales job to FA w/ a large Firm. I earned President’s Club twice for sales commissions while at a global bank. 10 yrs of documented sales success in relationship sales. In present day ‘24, even though many large firms may not be listing open roles for FA training programs, roles are still available for the right candidate? This Am I way off base in my thinking? I’ve got min basics… Finance degree, SIE, etc.
