Fake it to make it?

So I'm in a situation where I have to act like I like my current girlfriend. I was living with her in her apartment and I lost my job, currently I'm looking for other opportunities. I don't like her anymore and find her more than annoying. BTW sex is such a chore I feel like cutting off my dick.

Obviously at this point Im not in the best situation. I have enough savings to move out but depleting my savings would not bey first choice.

So do I fake it and deal with the annoyance and leave when I get a new job or just get out now?
