FDD internal at a BB
I live in a country outside the US and I noticed some of the large banks here (BB equivalents for my country) have an internal financial due diligence teams, a lot of the people they hire are ex-big4. On linkedin they advertise themselves as "mid-market investment banking" which I know is not the traditional MM banking everyone here refers to.
I was wondering if anyone has any insights on this - do they work with the deal team, what their comp/ hours are, etc.
