Feeling overwhelmed as a first year analyst

I started full-time as an analyst a couple of months ago and recently started modelling for transactions (lean team). I have just been feeling so overwhelmed as of late. The numerous model changes every hour plus the addition/subtraction of so many functionalities (some of which i am learning on the fly) plus requests from other workstreams has me stressed 24/7. Feels like there will never be a clean plate and the backlog of work just keeps on piling on. The amount of work also means that there is little time to reflect on what I did...

Would really appreciate some work/time management advice that have helped you throughout your first year. I understand that the first year is supposed to be tough, but would love to learn some best practices to keep me in the game for the long run.
