FIG Boutiques - Ardea and Broadhaven

Hey all! I'm currently an incoming SA 2022 at a BB and aiming for FIG for group placement. Does anyone know anything about the FIG boutiques Ardea and Broadhaven, and if they run a FT process? I Can't find much about Ardea but looking at Broadhaven's website they seem to have pretty solid dealflow.

Any idea on how they run recruitment and are they really in line w Qatalyst? Knew they paid extremely well but Q is insane

I can speak for Broadhaven. They do run a FT process and I've seen SAs at BBs/EBs go there for FT. Great deal flow, virtually no pitching. This is because the senior partners have strong connections (most of them came from high up at Goldman FIG). You'll get exposure to industry-changing deals in the fintech and financial services sectors and Broadhaven advises on at least 1-2 $1B+ deals a year. Great culture too--very non-bureaucratic. Comp is slighly above street

Ardea is cracked. Founded by ex-GS chairman, they consistently win marquee deals like TD-Cowen and TPG-Angelo Gordon. They do quarterly bonuses based on a profit share model that even analysts who didn't work on the deal get a piece. Culture is great. Career and pay progression is wonderful. If u are sure you want to be a career banker specifically in FIG, I'd say u should go for Ardea over anything.
