Finance/IBD jobs for strong writers?

WSO Community, I'm curious about jobs or careers in finance that I haven't seen discussed much on this site.

What roles (if any) in finance, or IBD specifically, rely on strong writing skills? I know this is posted in the IB forum, but if there are other divisions with similar jobs I would still be fascinated. Just wasn't getting replies elsewhere.

Background: I'm a high school senior now and will be attending a private semi-target to nyc in the fall. I've taken a handful business classes thus far (accounting, AP Macro/Micro), done research about the financial industry, and been accepted to the business schools at the colleges I applied to. The humanities classes I've taken (English and social studies) have also been interesting to me as well. They all rely on writing and lots of analysis-type essays. Even in my econ classes, we've had to write a few essays and they have always been my strength. I can say with confidence that my written responses (FRQs/DBQS) on AP tests have always carried me to 4s and 5s where I may have otherwise faltered on the multiple choice.

Are there any roles in the industry that are an intersection of writing and traditional analytical skills, or is that just a pipe dream? I'm not talking about being a reporter or freelancing for WSJ, I mean a salaried job for a specific bank or other firm. Maybe equity research?

I'm not going to bullsh*t and say that being an FA straight after graduation seems like a "fun" job, but I can see how rewarding it is and have heard a lot of personal accounts from family/friends about why they went into finance. It's a career path that I would pursue without hesitation.

Any input would be appreciated, even if it doesn't respond directly to my question.

Thank you, pat.bateman
