Financial model - Car/Auto manufacturer

Hi all,

I would like to know what is the best approach to model the company in auto industry? Think BMW, Volkswagen, Toyota.

As they are present in multiple markets, I don't think that modelling each country would make sense. Revenue growth seems to simple for the industry at this stage. In my mind I would go with the number of units sold * avg price?

Thanks
