Flash interview
Hello everyone!
I am new to the website and this is my first post!
I had applied to the graduate program of a BB and just last week got a call from the recruiter saying they cannot accommodate me in the graduate program. Instead, I got invited to the analyst superday directly next week.
This is without any prior interview rounds.
I have never worked at an IB before, and am curious as to what I can expect since it is at such short notice.
