Formula One Delaying IPO
This year, we have seen many IPO’s completed (or expected to be completed) in Asia. Several of them took place in Q1 and Q2 of this year as a result of a delay from last year. The Asian market claims to be one of the stronger and stable markets across the world (especially compared to Europe), but there are still delays in completing several prominent IPOs.
Why are IPOs being delayed/cancelled? Is the Asian market as strong as the financial news is making it out to be?

two other Chinese companies withdrew plans for share offerings in Hong Kong that would have raised up to $750 million between them.
In Asia, 41 deals worth $3 billion have been pulled or postponed so far this year, compared with 40 deals worth $2.7 billion during the same period a year ago.
