Freshman year internship
I keep seeing people say that sophomore-year internships matter far more than freshman-year internships, but if investment banking recruiting happens in sophomore year, what good will a sophomore summer internship do? Isn’t the only way to have relevant experience during recruiting to have a freshman summer internship?
To follow up on that, as a current freshman, what can I do to try to secure a somewhat relevant internship this summer?
