FT 2021 IB recruiting effect from COVID-19?

Interning at a lower-tier BB (CS, Barclays, UBS) this summer. Based on how much I liked the culture & deal flow this summer, I was thinking about potentially recruiting for FT at a MM or BB with greater deal flow. With many banks giving out FT offers to all interns, do you anticipate fewer spots available for FT through interviews?
