I am a rising senior (well I actually graduate this December), and am looking for a full time position in IB. I've completed the Adventis Financial Modeling courses and passed the exams.
I always get interviews and have gotten superdays in prior internship recruitment but I've had such a struggle getting offers. I know my technicals down pat.
IDK where I'm going wrong...
Have you ever asked for/received feedback? If you know your technicals well then it is probably a personality/behavioral/soft skill issue. In a case like yours feedback would be super helpful to pinpoint where you are going wrong.
I would definitely try to ask for feedback from your prior interviews/your internship to see if there are any areas where you could improve. Beyond that try to brush up on your behavioral question answers and how you present yourself in interviews/answer questions. Good luck!
