FT 2027

I feel so incredibly underprepared for it all - had an interview with EVR and PJT, messed both of them up. I'm international and feel just so lost in the process and am scared I'm not graduating with a job. I've been handed opportunities but just keep finding a way to mess it up.

Honestly just kind of applied out of the blue - applied for some other roles at evr at pjt too but the ones I got interviews for weren't too aligned with my resume.

Lol u just resume dropped an got interviews? Are you a female (just asking since I've never seen any Asian males get interviews by cold applying)

Do you have a high gpa at a top target? Honestly, if your CV is good enough to get PJT/EVR M&A 1R's by cold applying, you definitely have what it takes to be good at the job. Would just recommend you study up on the guides and find any mentors at your school who just graduated to help you navigate the process.

It's high enough/also at a target. To be fair they're interviews for their secondaries business which I don't have much experience with. I've had first rounds with great places before but just can't seem to get past it which is frustrating.
