FT Interview vs. Summer Analyst

Looking for some advice on not only how to recruit, but also how the interviews differ in terms of difficulty and concepts. I am currently an incoming SA for 2025 with an MM bank but in a second-tier city. I'm thinking of recruiting next year and looking to potentially get into a tier 1 city before it's too late. 

If anyone has any experience with this I'd love to hear how interviewing differed and what the difficulty level was compared to the SA interviews
