Hi All,
Just got an offer for a T3 global bank in a corporate banking originations capacity. Offer was about 5k lower than what I expected but it was structured that I would get 1.5X OT for all hours past 40. Has anyone seen an offer like this before? I am coming in with just under 2yrs experience from a smaller bank.
