FT Partners (NYC) vs. Raymond James Tech & Services (Boston) in 2020?
Which company would be best in terms of exit opportunities (tech growth equity, corpdev) and overall IB analyst experience?
Thanks.

Any insight on comp?

Bump
Definitely RJ. Their T&S team, particularly in Boston, is top notch. But don't expect easy hours - these kids get worked hard. Culture is tight knit although you should try networking with the analysts as they've traditionally been sort of awkward/dorky - setting up these calls would allow you to gauge fit.
RJ Boston. Pay + deal flow is top notch for MM Tech. Hours are brutal but it’s mainly on live deals
Any idea on associate comp?
250-350
RJ Boston for sure.
