Full Time Advice
Looking for some advice.
I interned at a lower tier well known Investment Bank in Manhattan this summer and did not receive a full time offer. I am now studying abroad and have not yet landed any full time offers. I received one super day invite which I did not capitalize on and another via skype after a first round that was canceled because they did not want to take on a full time without meeting in person when there are so many other applicants.
I know that recruiting in the spring is virtually non-existent so I am curious if there are one year masters programs that are not MBA's which would get one a new recruiting cycle and allow me to break into the industry(I am also not opposed into looking into consulting). I go to a top 25 school and have a 3.7 GPA and would be competitive for Masters programs though (obviously not MBA due to lack of work experience).
Any tips suggestions for future plans or insight into what Banks could possibly still be looking for full times would be much appreciated.
