tricky question - a friend was in a similar position as you (but in london). he knew a couple of guys at this bank and emailed them regarding the contents in the interview - some did not reply at all, some gave him basic advice.
turned out that one guy he emailed was his interviewer - needless to say he didnt get the job.
since it is a phone interview at a bb (those calls are pretty much standardized) you should know by reading wso and other guides what you can expect. just prepare for all the obvious stuff, including competency questions + general technical stuff and you should be fine. if you really want the job be overprepped rather than underprepped - i studied full time 2 weeks for the first round and another 2 weeks for the final round (i got the position in the end).
and dont email your contacts at the company, unless they are your friends!

Just use the WSO technical or vault guide, then go to the career center and do a mock interview on tape.
