GET ME OUT - Finance in tech

title says it all.

In finance rotational program in seattle, first year analyst, make 95k base with 10% bonus and top tier benefits, work 30-45 hour week. After 2 year program base goes up to 130ish but plateaus heavy no more than 200k tc until you get 7yoe then can manager ppl and have team.

Am i crazy for wanting to get into banking. I went to no name uni. Can i make the transition or do I need to go to bschool to get in.

The work I do is interesting but don’t enjoy it and want to earn more money, but I live a comfortable life so have no drive to go achieve it.

Should i do side hustle? what would you do with all this free time.
