I have a first round phone interview with GLC Advisors in the coming days (with a VP). Anyone have an idea of the type of questions that will be asked during the phone interview? Any help is much appreciated -- really trying to get this job. Please let me know if anyone can help. Thanks guys!

Be prepared to build an lbo model as part of the interview process.

I'm not 100% sure but I would expect to build a standard LBO with some basic assumptions. As far as I know, that is definitely a part of the in person interview process.
