Gmail vs EDU?
Hey all,
Have been networking with my EDU email but wanted to switch to gmail. Is there any way I can switch to gmail and just reachout to everyone who hasn't responded to me from my EDU email outreach (isn't many) so that everything can be under gmail from now on?
Appreciate any advice on the topic.
P.S. my EDU email lists my name in all caps upon somebody receiving it, so it’ll read FIRST.LAST as the name instead of First Last. Is that a big deal?
Some firms’ IT systems filter out personal emails.
Stick to edu.
And don’t follow up with a different email, they will not respond even if they planned to on a second follow up.
How about if the edu email causes the person to see the receiving name as FIRST.LAST? Does that matter?
