Goldman Sachs, AIMS Client Portfolio Solutions Group

Can anyone shed some light on this group? The position is located in Salt Lake City. Is this for sure a back office/middle office role?

I appreciate any insight. Thanks in advance.

They provide support to PWM teams by providing marketing materials regarding the strategies and services offered.

Definitely back office.

Main tasks of the job are updating powerpoints with manager performance and other alternative investment class performance and strategies etc.

PM me if you want to know more.

I too am interested in the AIMS CPS position. Their website says this:

"The AIMS Client Portfolio Solutions ("CPS") team is responsible for managing client interactions and relationships across the AIMS platform, and developing unique and tailored alternative investment and traditional assets solutions to suit client needs. CPS identifies and researches prospective investors, analyzes the role of alternative investments in portfolios, and works with clients, the AIMS investment teams, and the AIMS Risk Management & Analytics team to develop and execute client-specific portfolio solutions, as well as deepen and expand client relationships by providing thoughtful and responsive client service."

... which seems very different from editing Powerpoints. I'm quite confused. Is everything in AIMS back office?
