Bump
DSOL = complete dogshit CEO
True but he DJ’s and looks like he can shotgun in less than 3 seconds so I like him
Bump
This has to lead to up to 500-1000 headcount reduction no? Once you factor in the reduced marketing effort, 2 d, 2-4 VPs, 4-8 juniors per md. It can add up. Unless dsol is going to be carrying the weight with less revenue to support it.
He is on a mission to kill the golden goose, good luck to him!
Hope he burns that institution to the ground
Hope he gives Jim Donovan the boot & the Wicked Mean People (WMPs) that report to him. Miserable, micromanaging wrecks. Wish I could talk to this CEO/DJ
Dude u rlly need to specify what happened. Look at his thread ... u have some credibility ... but without details u come across as a hater.
I don't have to provide the details to anyone; happy to if Forbes or the NY Times calls me. I'm one of the nicest people you can meet and hold no hate for anybody in this world. I couldn't care less about JD. The end of this place was my beginning and the most toxic experience in my career. Copy?
Oh dope! Now we can reinvest all those cost savings into another abomination of a fucking retail banking initiative this place is a fucking abortion the BBs suck, go EB or just find a MM bank with good lifestyle. Literally zero reason for anyone who is non-MD to work at Goldman anymore.

Or MD per the article
I’ve yet to find a decent MM with WLB.
