Goldman Sachs possibilities

Hey guys kind of new to finance and wanted to ask about goldman sachs possibilities programs, questions do they reject anyone?
does the program help you get in the door at goldman for an summer analyst position or any other banks? is it worth it to put the program on your resume, how should you prepare do you have an interview with technicals for the programs? just a few questions I wanted to ask? have a great day!

These types of virtual programmes (or insight days) are not convertible into Summer Internships. They're often not particularly competitive to get onto and their aim is to give you a beginners overview of banking and the different divisions at that specific bank. If you are a first year student, I'd recommend still going to these events as you may meet people that have similar interests and career goals as you, but don't expect to suddenly be flooded with internship offers if you put "GS Possibilities virtual programme" on your CV. Since these programmes are non-convertible, there won't be a technical interview (or any interview) at the end of it that you need to prepare for.
