GS Financing vs MS FIG vs Moelis

Very thankful to have offers from all 3 of them. Which would be better for career advancement?

How would you rank these 3 offers? All of them in NYC for 2021.

Capital markets is great but if you're set on "career advancement" (which I took as exit ops) then it's not the best place to start. Moelis is the clear winner here, then FIG if you really want to work at a BB.

GS is also quite unforgiving wrt switching between groups. Heard it's better now but still not nearly as flexible or encouraging of mobility as some other firms.

Moelis NY has been filled for SA 2021 since May so you're lying there already. Also MS does not give group offers in NY so you're lying there as well.
