H1b Second Round Lottery

Please let me know if you or anyone you know has faced a similar experience with the H1B process.
In March, my employer submitted the H1B lottery application but I was not selected. I changed employers afterwards, and USCIS just announced a second H1B selection round, does anyone know what the process will be like going forward? Do I still qualify since my application is with another employer? Thanks
Not with employer no lottery entry. Period.
You might be in the lottery, but even if you win that lottery you won't be able to get it since your previous employer has no reason to process your h1b anymore.
Employer should be the same
USCIS been feeding us shit for a while. Out of curiosity, what’s the plan if u end up using up your OPT and didn’t get it?
People do a part time course and get a CPT that they can use to work. Otherwise leave the country, apply for an employment based visa or get another employer to sponsor your Green card from day 1.
