I was invited to their super day for 2021 SA recruiting but turned it down when I got an offer elsewhere. Everyone I talked to was really great - super nice and chill. Minneapolis focuses exclusively on food & beverage which they said was really fun actually. I'm assuming comp is market given HW's reputation. HW places super well in PE which makes it one of the most attractive MM banks.
out of curiosity did you turn it down for another mm bank like blair or hl, or was it for a substantially better offer like an EB. Trying to gauge where people view hw
