London analyst here so just curious, do ”all” PE firms do oncycle this early or just the MF/UMMs? Was thinking that other firms might kick off their processes later?
I’m pretty sure there’s just a select group of megafunds that do it this early that all the sweats try for. Most normal places do it over the next year or two (aka a normal recruiting timeline)
