Hey Guys, i’m a sophomore recruiting NYC and SF from a semi target. I’m not in our banking program and haven’t had any good calls. I’m also getting 0 responses on cold emails. What can I do now? Almost a month left for networking without any referrals so i’m really worried if i’ll get any first rounds even.

All you can do is keep grinding. The best possible option is to increase the number of emails you are sending per week (30-40 should be a good number). Make sure you are networking across a wide breadth of firms as well, too many people only go after the same 10-20. Find as many places to email as possible, and don't get discouraged. There is still time.
