Would be interested to know which banks have expertise in this area. Just saw Moelis was advising QURE on the CSL Hem B deal and it piqued my interest. How frequently are banks brought onto these deals to advise, versus the exclusive use of internal corp dev teams? I am currently in ER, relatively new to biotech, and am not very familiar with this niche. Thanks.
