For those who have dealt w/ headhunters in the past, why do they ask you who are the associates or senior people in your group? They said to me they ask so that they can go and find their bios and try to figure out what "career path" they have walked so far...
I don't 100% believe in this. Any insights on this?
These guys are bullshitters. They ask that so they can contact them and try to earn a massive commission by poaching them to another company.
