HELP NEEDED for Canadian Banking Interviews

Have had over 10+ interviews across almost all Canadian banks, but haven't had success passing even the HR round.

How will you tackle these questions?

- What color are you? (RBC, Scotia, TD, etc)

- What brand are you? (CIBC, TD, Scotia, etc)

- What animal are you? (CIBC, RBC, National, etc)

- What drink are you? (RBC, CIBC, Scotia, etc)

- What car are you? (TD, Scotia, etc)

Need help please...

If you want to win the game you have to play the game. You need to give these idiots some material to work with and your answers will be different than you give an MD. Always bring things back to key words that they hear in organisational behaviour seminars. Colour - Green because it is a collaborative colour that represents growth Brand - Nike because it’s an inclusive, winning brand that works well in team environments Animal - Wolf because they work in packs and are collaborative Drink - Vodka Red Bull, with the Vodka on the side, so you can give a shot of Vodka to a member of your team as a gesture of collaboration Car - Subaru because it is a diverse brand

Really helpful!

I used your example for "which car", but got a follow-up on which model - remoted remember there's something called cross something, so I said crosstrack (even though I checked afterwards it actually should be "cross-trek"). Reason I gave was it's versatile and adaptive, able to handle situations unexpected and unplanned. She liked the answer.

So moving to the next round.

This is with Desjardins.
