help required

Hi everyone,

I’m currently working as an analyst and have been asked to help prepare a Business Plan and Information Memorandum for both the GP and LP sides of a new venture fund. The target fund size is around $100M and the strategy is global and sector-agnostic.

The challenge I’m facing is that I’ve been asked to draft these documents, but I haven’t been given any prior internal templates or guidance, and I’m still fairly new to fund structuring. I’ve tried searching online but most materials I’m finding are either very high level or incomplete.

Would anyone here be willing to share or point me toward:

• A real template or sample structure for a GP business plan
• A template or example of an LP-facing Information Memorandum / PPM
• Any actual fund documents (even redacted) that show how these are typically structured

Even a table of contents or outline used by real funds would be incredibly helpful so I can structure this properly.

I’d really appreciate any guidance from people who have worked on fund formation or capital raising before. Trying to make sure I don’t completely reinvent the wheel here.

Thanks in advance — this would genuinely help a lot.
