HELP U-4
Thank you to anyone who responds upfront.
1) I have some unpaid internships that HR had issues verifying, but the deal was solved. Will I have to list them on U-4?
2) Does FINRA conduct their own background check?
3) I had a lot of jobs in past few years, forgot a lot of them and which random companies I worked for and dates, will this be an issue?
4) I attended 2 other schools before my third and final school. I have only final listed on my resume. Would I have to provide them the previous one as well? Even tho they are not on my resume?
