Need to gather precedents of companies that have re-listed from TSX to NYSE / NASDAQ. No time frame restriction. Anyone know of a good source or any good examples?

CapIQ allows you to screen precedent private placements and public offerings by feature. Maybe try there?
Don't have :( Only have FactSet. Screens include cross-border private placement, but looking more for companies that completely transitioned from TSX to NYSE/NASDAQ
So if I'm understanding correctly, you're looking for companies that delisted from TSX, then listed on NYSE / NASDAQ?

Looks like you can find TSX delistings by year here: https://www.tsx.com/news/reviews-and-suspensions. Check out Xpel and DiaMedica Therapeutics -- both recently delisted from TSX but were already registered on Nasdaq at the time. I know this isn't exactly what you're looking for, but maybe it can point you in the right direction.

I have a couple ideas of how u can do it. you’ll have to get a little creative. and then it’s a matter of creatively doing filters in excel to get a list via process of elimination. using conditional formatting for duplicates / not a duplicate. the positive is that whoever you are showing this to can audit it
