What's up guys, I'm a rising sophomore so kinda new to all this stuff. Anyway, I've been applying to a decent amount of banks and have done 2 hirevues so far. The general feeling I have right now is that most people get hirevues as an initial first round however how likely are you to get a phone screening or a superday after that?
