Not same level as PJT or EVR but definitely above everyone else (at least NY is)
Depends on criteria. Exits they are still up there. Mandate quality they have dropped a tier below in my opinion, but that is not because they have fallen off, but rather because Evercore and PJT have just absolutely killed it.
