HL just opened a restructuring shop in Brazil.
Any of you guys know what is the strategy here? I understand all LatAm coverage is US based so curious if it is more Portuguese or Spanish language markets.
I know Lazard and Rothschild have offices in LatAm and do restructuring, but these offices are very weak. Maybe HL is trying to capitalise this opportunity.
