Is it too late to apply for HL NYC? I know their apps are rolling and I just realized their apps came out a month ago. Is it still worth applying?
Basically, how important is the rolling deadline??

For NY you should still be fine, just start networking now. I I’m recruiting Houston and first rounds start next week, but we typically recruit before most cities.
From the recruiting perspective, do applicants need one or more referrals to HR to get passed to the interview stage? And is the resume check actually used (asides GPA screener)?
