How do I become a native speaker in 2 months?

Apologies for slightly exaggerated title but need urgent advice given how long it takes to improve a foreign language. Joining BB this summer and being placed in an Italian coverage group. I am already fluent from speaking at home but don't quite have the quick turns of phrase and finance/business language in my repertoire. Anyone got any tips for improving my speaking and reading in the next few weeks? Would be much appreciated. Excuse mobile formatting.

Wasn’t aware of iTalki, will get on that

Got a subscription to italian equivalent of the FT, but it’s a tough read, will try read some lighter business stuff alongside it to warm up, thanks for the advice and motivation!

Unpopular opinion but get a good grammar book. Your learning curve will become exponential for vocabulary.

You'll also need speaking/listening practice. With an instructor is fine, Duolingo is a good free starter option and listening to Spotify with the lyrics pulled up / translated (try and sing along in Italian) can help a lot.

You will not be fluent in a month but this will help set a solid foundation.

Interesting thank you, tried to switch all media consumption but forgot about music

Will also get a grammar book, have studied in the past but plenty of room for improvement
