How do people actually perceive US Master's in Finance degrees?
Seems like with where the job market has been the past couple of years, these have really started to gain popularity and I am seeing more and more of these pop up on resumes/linkedin. To my understanding, people are sort of just using it as an extra year to recruit vs trying actually to learn anything, which is fair.
I honestly have no idea how I am supposed to evaluate a candidate with one of these. Any stories on hiring one of them?
