How do seniors learn?
For the seniors here -
As you grow more senior and more experienced, the number of people and mentors who have valuable things to teach you decrease (as a SA you can learn from analysts, as an asso you can learn from VPs, but MDs have no one to learn from anymore). How do you continue to learn and grow? What would be your resources/ sources of knowledge at that stage?
1) Peers - not all MDs are built equal and some are better than others
2) Past experiences - can always reflect on your past experiences and learn from what went well and what didn't
