How do you find motivation to receive networking calls
I'm a first year analyst approaching a year in, and I get tons of emails from kids in college looking to schedule either phone calls or coffee chats. It feels like the free time I have is so valuable I'd rather just be selfish and relax a bit or rest instead of just chatting with college students.
