How do you guys de-stress at the end of the day?
I find that even after 16-17 hour days, my mind is still ‘active’ and prevents me from sleeping right away. How do you handle this? Too exhausted to watch or read something while also unable to sleep due to a racing mind

Anyone have any recs when weed has been the only thing to do the trick to get to bed after work?
Sit silently and drink camomile / lavender tea. Meditation (will take some time but works. Esp sleep meditation). No gadgets at bedtime. Doing a 10 min stretch series. L

Gym (lift or cardio), nut, and a good book or movie
Literally hop on the hub and bust a nut and then lift. It is life changing
- Put your work phone in a different room; or turn off work app notifications after a certain hour
- No phone or computer 30 minutes before bed (not always practical, but if I log off before 11 I try to read and have tea)
- one exception to the no phone... for whatever reason ASMR youtube videos just help me unwind
- 3mg of melatonin, some people also swear by magnesium

i watch some dude give massages on youtube, and even if i’m not tired, i fall asleep in less than 15 mins
I play guitar every night. Been doing it for years now ever since I started playing. Very relaxing and kind of a habit.
Stretching is what helps me. And keeps me from getting tight and sore from sitting all day.
