Grouping is pretty self explanatory, just off the dome
1. Gen/corporate -> organizational docs, financing docs, etc
2. Financial -> audited FINS, sell side model, quality of earnings, etc
3. Ops -> KPIs mgmt tracks, vendor agreements
4. Employees -> census data, employment agreements, sample offer letters
5. IT -> IT stuff
6. Insurance -> insurance agreements
7. tax -> income tax returns, step up analysis, etc
8. Transaction docs - SPA, skeleton disclosure schedules, etc?
